I decided to ditch the old “That Parkinson’s Guy” title for this page, primarily because Parkinson’s doesn’t define who I am, but also because it is far from the only thing in my life that needs sorting out. There’s been so much toxic stuff that should never have been there. Over the years, I have managed to shed a lot of it, but there’s always work to do. I guess we’re all on a journey of self-discovery. This one is mine. Well, bits of it at least.

Hi Paul. I wanted to stop by and thank you for visiting my blog and clicking the “Like” button. It gave me the chance to poke around your site — and I must say, you’ve got guts. I don’t think I could even think of jumping out of a plane. Glad you made it back to earth safely. π
Hi Kevin. Thanks very much and thanks for a lovely read. I must confess I’m no gardener at all, but I was browsing round the WordPress the other day and really enjoyed your blog. Look forward to reading more. Who knows, I might even be tempted to get out in the garden and give it a go! All the best, Paul
Just read your ‘Rite of Passage’ in The Big Book of Yes – another inspirational read π

Hi Arthur! Great to hear from you! I don’t know if thereβs a way to message privately on here. I’ll have to check in the morning!
